"Dance like no one's watching..." might be a familiar expression and a liberating idea, yet many of us hold back when it comes to physical expression. Like other creative acts, movement is something to explore and be intentional about in our pursuit of wholeness and authenticity.
Creativity is a resource we all have, but some have developed it more than others. Everyday creativity helps us see possibilities and new paths forward. So if you're hoping to make some changes... your Camino is a great time to investigate how creativity can help you re-create your life... and discover joyful connection with yourself and the world around you.
The prompts are short and easily incorporated into the walking day (preferably morning). These prompts are complemented with simple "exercises" for creative actions which you'll do during your walk or when you reach your albergue at the end of the day...
